Pikachu Belle is a Cosplay Pikachu owned by Frank.
Biography
Pikachu Belle is one of the Pikachu starring in Frank's movie. In the movie, she is a Pikachu living in Pikachu Land, when she is kidnapped, along with Pikachu Pop Star by a group of masked Pikachu led by Pikachu Libre. They are ultimately saved by "Super Pikachu" (played by Ash's Pikachu), Pikachu Rock Star, Pikachu, Ph. D, and all the other Pikachu from Pikachu Land. When the movie was finished, she was present at the premiere showing.
